Air Fryer Stuffed Peppers (Ready in 25 Minutes)

GROCERY LIST
- 2 large red bell peppers
- 1 diced yellow onion
- 1 cup cooked rice
- Ground beef (93% lean, 7% fat)
- ½ cup shredded cheese of choice
- 1 tbsp tomato paste or tomato juice
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp turmeric
- Salt + pepper to taste
- Olive oil
INSTRUCTIONS
Prep the Peppers - Slice the tops off the red bell peppers. Remove the seeds and clean the inside.
Make the Filling - In a pan, sautee together caramelized diced onion until soft and golden
Add ground beef - add seasonings and smash until well combined and turning brown in color. If too dry, add a bit of water. If too watery, turn up heat and keep mixing until drys out.

Add your cooked rice (optional but recommended)
Stuff the Peppers & Top with Shredded Mozz Cheese
Spray & Air Fry - Lightly spray the outside of the peppers with olive oil bottle. Place in the air fryer.
Air fry at 370°F for 10–12 minutes - If you do not have an air fryer (which you should) you can oven bake at 375°F for about 30-35 minutes.
