About Me

All of the Flavor.
None of the Sacrifice.

I learned that building healthy habits does’t have to be about restriction. It's about about addition. More flavor, more excitement, more joy, and more confidence in life.

MY STORY:

Hey, I’m Ritta!! 🤍

I grew up in Boston, but everything changed when I moved to Georgia and started living on my own. While living in the countryside, I wasn’t a fan of eating out — so I started cooking for myself. What began as something simple quickly became something I loved.

After moving to Florida, my passion for food grew even more. I started exploring new flavors, creating high-protein meals, and sharing recipes that feel both nourishing and enjoyable.

With my Moroccan roots, I’ve always been around good food — but I didn’t fully know how to bring it to life myself. Now I love mixing flavors from different cultures, and making meals that are simple but still good.

Therefore, Ritta Eats is all about keeping things easy — just good food that makes you feel good.

A few years ago, I was a completely different person — and it had a lot to do with what I was eating (and how I was treating myself).

I noticed my stress levels rising fast. I felt bloated all the time. My body felt constantly on edge, and I started gaining weight that didn’t feel like me. I was stuck in comparison, watching everyone else and forgetting to take care of myself.

I knew I needed to change — but not in the “gym 5x a week” or “starve myself” way. I tried that. It didn’t work. I realized I didn’t need another extreme plan.

I needed a simple system.

A plan.

I started making something for myself at least once a day — even if it was just boiling eggs. Something about knowing I made it, what I added to it, made me feel a lot lighter.

I am also a very big sweet tooth, so when I found out there was a way to make my favorite pastries/ desserts a better version, best believe i "upped" my game.

Now I create content to help you do the same: start small, keep it simple, and build consistency through routines that actually feel good.

Because I truly believe: beauty starts on your plate.

Through sharing my clean, simple recipes, you will see how easier your life will become once you build a real-food routine at home.

No complicated cooking. No ultra-processed shortcuts. Strongly believe wellness should not feel punishing.
