Ingredients
Chicken Crust
- 1 lb chicken breast (2-4 fillets)
- 1 egg
- ½ cup shredded mozzarella (or parmesan)
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper
Toppings
- Pizza sauce (cook roma tomatoes, onions, basil & mash into paste)
- Shredded mozzarella
- Optional: mushrooms, bell peppers, olives, red onion
- Dried oregano or chili flakes
SIMPLE SIRECTIONS
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Make the crust: In a blender, mix ground chicken, egg, cheese, and seasonings until fully combined
- Shape: Press mixture into a thin, even circle or rectangle on parchment (about ¼–½ inch thick).
- Bake crust first for 15 minutes, until set and lightly golden.
- Add toppings: Spread sauce, sprinkle cheese, and add toppings.
- Bake again for 8–10 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Optional broil for 1–2 minutes for extra browning.
- Rest 3–5 minutes, slice, enjoy
