The Ultimate Healthy Banana Bread (Moist & Naturally Sweet)

Well, first off, this is an amazing way to use up your brown bananas instead of tossing them. It's made with simple ingredients you probably already have. I make this recipe almost every week, and it never lasts more than a day in my house... and we are 2 people.

Wet Ingredients
* 3 ripe bananas (the browner, the sweeter)
* 2 eggs
* 2 tbsp melted coconut oil/butter
* 1 tsp vanilla
* Maple syrup or Honey

Dry Ingredients
* 1 cup unbleached flour
* ½ cup oat flour (blended oats, the secret to getting your fiber in)
* ½ tsp cinnamon
* 1 tsp baking soda
* ½ tsp baking powder
* Pinch of salt

Highly Recommended Combo: chopped walnuts + chocolate chips

Instructions

1. Mash bananas until “smoothly chunky”
2. Mix in wet ingredients
3. Add dry ingredients and fold gently.
4. Bake at 350°F for 40–45 minutes.
