DIRECTIONS 

- Butter pan surface and caramelize 1 banana combined with honey & cinnamon (SAVE 1/4 BANANA FOR COLD FOAM)
-Transfer to your beautiful cup with a bit of sea salt & muddle
-Add ice & milk of choice + bit of kefir for extra probiotics

Froth your banana cold foam (no sugar) 

  • ½ ripe banana
  • ¼ cup cream 
  • dash of vanilla
  • pinch cinnamon
  • nutmeg
