Ginger Lemon Matcha Tonic

Ingredients
- 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
- ¼ cup warm water (not boiling)
- Juice of ½ lemon
- Juice of ½ lime
- ½–1 tsp honey or maple syrup
- pinch of minced ginger
- ¾ cup sparkling water
- Ice
How to Make
- Whisk 1 tbsp matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy. SHop my matcha kit —>
- In your cup, add lemon juice, lime juice, and your sweetener if using
- Add minced ginger & mix

- Top with cold water or sparkling water and stir gently.
- Pour matcha mixture over ice.
- Top with mint + lemon wedges for cafe effect
