Ritta Bennani

You want lightly sweet and naturally energizing. Ripe mango adds fiber and antioxidants, while matcha provides steady caffeine and focus without jitters. Blended with milk of choice, this drink feels indulgent but supports balanced energy and digestion.

Ingredients

  • 1 tsp ceremonial matcha powder
  • ¼ cup warm water (not boiling)
  • ½ cup ripe mango (fresh or frozen)
  • ½–¾ cup milk of choice (almond, oat, coconut, or dairy)
  • Ice
  • Optional: ½–1 tsp honey or maple syrup

DIRECTIONS

  1. Whisk matcha with warm water until smooth and frothy. SHOP MY MATCHA KIT —>
  2. Add mango chunks to pan
  3. Once soft, add your sweeter & ice to your cup
  4. Pour in the whisked matcha.
  5. Blend until creamy and smooth.
  6. Add ice and blend again briefly if desired.

Best Time to Enjoy

Morning or early afternoon, when your body can best use natural sugars for energy and focus.

Ritta Tip

If you’re new to matcha, mango is one of the easiest flavors to start with — it softens the earthiness and makes matcha feel approachable and craveable
